If your preferred file format is Google Sheets, please include your Gmail address in the “Email” field of this form. I’ll share the file with that address. If it doesn’t appear in your Inbox, check your Promotions folder. I will automatically transfer ownership of the file to you and remove myself from the list of collaborators when I share the document.
Instructions for other file formats:

How long will it take to receive my file?
